Industry Leading Carbon Alloy Technology

Our industry leading technology combines activated carbon, treated carbon and zeolite concealed between fabrics. The massive surface area of these natural particles target and adsorb odors and won't let go until you reactivate your gear in your dryer.

Windproof membrane helps keep you warm, comfortable & dry

A high performance laminate system blocks the wind while allowing moisture and perspiration to escape from the inside to help keep you warm, comfortable & dry.

Waterproof membrane with taped seams

A waterproof & windproof membrane that’s impermeable to outside moisture. Without affecting breathability and allowing moisture from the inside to disperse through the membrane system. Garment seams are secured with heat sealed waterproof tape.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great quality but fit is way off. I purchased these bibs about a month ago but ended up having to send it back. Most Scentlok pants in medium fit me perfectly, but this set of bibs was way off in length. I am 5-9, 165 with a 32/32 pant size so I did not get the medium tall but these bibs had leg Lengths that were about 3 inches longer than my other Scentlok pants. The torso section was also too tall as I did not have enough adjustment on the straps to make it fit correctly. they also fit very snug, but its a flexible snug so that would prob be a good thing. I am a big Scentlok advocate but the fit on these were way off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like wearing a sleeping bag I was skeptical about the performance in rain/sleet but I put them to the test. It was 32 and sleeting as hard as we get in northern Idaho. I was out all day in rain and sleet. The only complaint I would have is they are too hot for walking far. I am truly impressed. I am buying a second pair of both the bibs and parka so my wife and I can enjoy the late season together. I put the fit as a 4 stars because the pockets are way to high on the bibs. They aren’t where normal pants pockets should be. My recommendation would be move them down or add pockets where normal jean pockets are. Where they sit now they are under the hip strap for my pack and I have to unbuckle for access.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very high Quality Product, but worth the price? This is an extremely high quality product, and is all you could ask for to keep you warm in the winter months. Allows for great mobility that a bowhunter needs. The only thing I do not like about this product is, of course, the price. $600 for the complete suit is just down right ridiculous. Luckily, I found a used pair for $300 and I think that price point more accurately portrays what this suit is worth. It is a complete rip off to spend $600 on this suit in my opinion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm and lots of pockets I have been hunting late season whitetail in Ohio and have used these pants with the Fortress coat with no issue with a mid weight base lawyer (top and bottom) in the mid teens. If you have far walk out you may want to take the coat off until you get the stand or open up your pant legs. The Fortress is a very warm and comfortable system if you are hunting late season. If you are not moving around in the single digits and below freezing, this is for you! If you are moving around more and it is just below freezing I would recommend one of the other systems, like the Alpha. But, the quality is great and would highly recommend!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not impressed I bought both the bibs and jacket seemed like they were made very well. However I noticed on the second day of wearing the bibs one of the snaps on the legs pulled right out. After further inspection all of the snaps on both legs were pulling through. I contacted scentlok and I was told to return them to the store I bought them at. No help at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They don't call it the Fortress for nothing These bibs are super warm. I did not have to layer as much as I have in the past. The windproof membrane works and doesn't make any noise. The carbon gives you maxium odor absorbtion. I hunted in 10 degree weather and snow without getting cold.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great bibs, WARM! These bibs are awesome as far as warmth, fit and camo pattern. However, the bib straps worry me, the straps go through a fabric loop on the bibs which looks like it’s going to break in less than a season of use. The camo pattern (TT whitetail) is similar to the previous vertigo pattern that scent lok used to have. Many hunters don’t realize how good that pattern (TT whitetail) is for hunting hardwoods after the leaves fall. I’ve been using it for 9 years and have never had a deer run after looking at me. They cannot silhouette you as the white/gray blend with the sky. It works great, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. If the strap connection on the front of the bibs was better they’d be a perfect 5.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well Built But Too Long Just tried on my new Fortress bibs, along with the matching jacket. Both seem robust, quiet. Overall impression is these are nice quality garments. Only gripe is the insanely long inseam on my size medium bibs(the waist/thigh fit is fine). They've got to be a good 34" long, which is very long for a medium. The inseam on my jeans is 30", and I can live with the common 32" inseam on hunting clothing. In my long hunting career, I've owned several dozen medium pants/bibs and they've worked fine, but these are the longest inseams I've seen. The pantlegs on these bibs would be dragging in the mud. Which means frequent washings ("muddy or bloody" as Scentlok's recommended garment care says) which I fear will prematurely degrade the scent-adsorbing ability of them, The inseam length keeps me from giving these bibs five stars across the board, and I had to return them. FWIW, I would pony up extra $ to choose my inseam length.
