Where am I able to ship to?
We can ship to virtually any address in the continental U.S., except P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please use an alternate shipping address. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
How fast will my order ship?
Your order will ship as quickly as possible. Orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping time frames are subject to change during holidays, due to weather exceptions, and during peak season.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible, and because of that, it is unlikely that we will be able to make any edits or adjustments to your order once it's been submitted. This includes ordered items and shipping address. Please contact us via email at [email protected] and we'll see what we're able to do!
How will my order ship?
We ship all orders from our Olewein, Iowa address using UPS/UPS SurePost. As soon as your order leaves our facility, an email with a link to your tracking information will be sent. Sometimes our automated emails will filter to your Spam, Junk, or Promotional folder. Please check there if you do not see your confirmation email in your inbox, as that's typically a good indicator of what inbox your tracking information will filter to. We currently cannot accept P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please use an alternate shipping address. ScentLok Technologies cannot guarantee delivery times once your package leaves our warehouse. Delays are possible with the carrier during transit.

I only received part of my order, where is the other part?
Occasionally we will ship orders in multiple shipments. You will receive a link to your tracking information, and will be able to track both shipments. This typically happens when an OZ Combo is ordered due to the size of the item. If you're missing an item, please reach out to us at [email protected] so that we can look into this for you.
Where is my order and how do I track it?
ScentLok Technologies will send a tracking email you can use to track your package while in transit. If you haven't received your tracking information, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotional folder. If you were logged into your account you can also track your order's status via your account.
My package says delivered but I can't find it, what do I do?
Before reaching out, ask the other members or your household and any neighbors close by. If it still hasn't shown up, contact the local carrier who delivered and ask where they put the package, and who dropped it off. The carrier will have the most up-to-date information, and in most cases the package is usually found. If you're still unable to locate your package after contacting the carrier, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you ship to Canada?
We do not currently ship to Canada, but we're working on it! We're hoping to be able to ship to our northern friends soon!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently are unable to ship internationally. We are hoping to be able to in the future!
Does ScentLok offer a military discount?
We currently offer military and/or industry discounts through a company called Expert Voice. You can apply online HERE. You simply enter your email and hit "Join Now" and they will need to approve you!
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Only one promotional code can be used per order.
Can I use multiple credit cards on an order?
We can only process an order with one single credit card payment. Some of our customers will purchase multiple digital gift cards as a work around for this!
Can I use multiple Scentlok digital gift cards on an order?
Absolutely! You can use multiple gift card codes on a single order! You're able to purchase a digital gift card directly from our webstore HERE.



RETURNS RELATED FAQs

How do I process my return?
Gear must be new, unworn, and returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. Please go to our return portal HERE and fill out the form to create a Return Authorization.

To request your return you will need both the Customer PO from your original sales confirmation email (or packing slip) and the email address tied to the order.

**Make sure to keep your tracking number until your return is complete**

Please keep in mind that during peak seasons returns and exchanges can take up to 4 weeks to complete once we receive your product.
Where do I send my return?
Once you have completed the Return Authorization process outlined above, you will be given the Return/Exchange shipping address. Please do not send any returns or exchanges to our Muskegon office unless instructed to do so by our Customer Service team.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/pattern/model?
We do not currently have an exchange policy. You will need to return the item for a refund and then reorder in the correct size. All returns must have an RMA number associated with them before shipping back. We ask that you pay to return the item to our facility. If your reorder does not meet our free shipping minimum we will provide you with a free standard shipping code.
I received a gift, but it doesn't fit. What are my options?
In many cases you can ask the person that gave you the gift to help you return the item and reorder in the correct size or a different pattern. If you're not able to do this, contact our customer service department. We will assist you in setting up a return for the retail value of the item in the form of a digital gift card for use on our website.
The return portal won't accept my order information, what do I do?
To request an RMA through the portal you'll need your Customer PO, which is the confirmation number you were originally emailed, and is also listed on your packing slip. Your Customer PO will typically start with "4000" and then have five additional numbers. You can access previous order information from within your account. If you checked out as a guest and are unable to locate your order information, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you locate your order number.



GARMENT CARE

How do I take care of my garments?
Please refer to our garment care section of the website to learn how to properly take care of your garments HERE.
Can I wash my ScentLok suit?
Yes, you can wash ScentLok products, but this is not a necessary step in the process. Washing does not harm the activated carbon but it may loosen some of the excess carbon. You only need to wash ScentLok clothing if it becomes dirty, bloody, or sweaty under extreme field use. Garments worn close to the skin or in hot weather will need to be washed more often. Machine wash on gentle cycle, cold water with non-scented carbon wash approved by ScentLok technologies. Under normal conditions, ScentLok products need to be washed about 2-3 times per season, or after approximately 40 hours of field use.
Should I use scent cover products & sprays on my ScentLok suit?
We highly recommend you DO NOT use any liquid sprays that contain a cover scent (such as fall blends, earth, acorn, cedar or any others) or animal scents (such as racoon, buck, doe or any others) on or with our clothing. The carbon will adsorb the odor molecules in the cover sprays/scents making less room for the carbon to adsorb human odor while in the field. However, it is acceptable to use liquid sprays WITHOUT cover scents, such as our liquid line, and our NFUSE Ozone sprayer on your ScentLok clothing and other gear such as your bow, boots, ladders, tree stands, etc.
How should I store my ScentLok suit?
Place your suit inside a ScentLok storage bag. For maximum protection, place inside a sealed plastic container or plastic tote. Our airtight bag is the perfect container for storage.

How long should I run the OZ Rolling Chamber + OZ500 Combo to reactivate my gear?
When using ozone to reactivate your gear, depending on the concentration of bacteria and volume of odor, more than one cycle may be required to eradicate odors. Always allow for proper dissipation time between cycles. Do not use ozone on items with significant elastic or rubber content. Do not expose safety equipment to active odor destroyers.
How long does the OZ RadialEZ and OZ Radial Nano take to charge?
The OZ Radial EZ takes approximately 6 hours to charge from zero to 80%. The last 20% may take up to an additional 3 hours on the charger. The LED indicator light will turn off once the unit is fully charged. The OZ Radial Nano takes approximately 4 hours to get to 80%. The remaining 20% may take an additional 2-3 hours.
How long will the OZ units run when turned on?
  • The OZ500 can be set for any time from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, and on cycle mode will shut off for 1 hour and then repeat the process.
  • The OZ100 can be set for any time from 5 minutes to 30 minutes and on cycle mode will shut off for 1 hour and then repeat the process.
  • The OZ20HD will cycle on and off for 15 minutes at a time for 8 hours.
  • The OZ RADIAL EZ & OZ RADIAL NANO has Cycle Clean™ technology that moderates on/off to achieve maximum output efficiency and four operating modes: Regular, cycle, boost, and boosted cycle. Regular and Max modes will run continuously for the life of the battery. When in a cycle mode, the unit will run for 3 cycles of 30 minutes on / 30 minutes off, then will power off.
  • The OZ RENEW with Gear Chamber can run for up to 120 minutes, and also has Cycle Clean™ technology. In cycle mode, the unit will run for 30 minutes on / 30 minutes off for a total of 12-hours, then will power off.



PRODUCT RELATED FAQs

How important are the gloves to the ScentLok system?
Gloves are ideal for not leaving scent when on the way to and from the stand, handling decoys and equipment or when touching brush or limbs.
How long will my ScentLok suit last?
The lifespan of the product really depends on how you use it. We roughly say that it should last 3-5 years; about what you would expect from other hunting camo. If you are a knee walking, belly crawling extreme hunter in the woods five months a year, the life span may be shorter. If you are in the field for 20-30 days a year and follow our instructions, 3-5 years can be expected. Some hunters are still wearing our original suits today!
How will I know when it is time to reactivate my ScentLok suit?
There is no set time for this. An estimated 30-40 hours of hunting use for new suits is a general guideline. When hunting in warm weather with the suit directly next to your skin, the activated carbon may become saturated quicker than when hunting in cool, dry weather. The only true test of when reactivation becomes necessary is if you have been wearing the suit with good results and then you get winded by your prey. Headcovers and storage bags need reactivation twice as often.
I’ve heard that the headcover is the most important part of the suit. Can I wear only the head cover and effectively control my scent?
The headcover is an important part of a system and necessary to have as little scent as possible in the field. The head generates over 1/3 of the human odors generated in the body. Hair, breath and facial oils all need scent-control. In order to control your scent properly and achieve the best results it is imperative that you wear the full system of headcover, jacket, pants, gloves and scent-control footwear.
What is the temperature rating of your clothing?
Our clothing does not contain a specific temperature rating system. We design our garments to be utilized throughout the year in different weather situations. ScentLok has designed a layering system to help hunters ensure they are wearing the proper clothing to stay warm or keep cool and reduce their human odor at the same time. By properly utilizing two or more layers you can control your body’s temperature and either add or remove layers based on your temperature.
I’ve heard it takes over 900° to reactivate a ScentLok suit, is that true?
This is false. Adsorption occurs in two distinctly different ways; chemisorption and physical adsorption. In ScentLok garments the human odor enters the activated carbon pores and typically forms a physical bond. This bond is called van der Waals interaction and the bonds break in a household dryer allowing for another round of adsorption. High temperatures and energy are required to break chemically bonded molecules. Chemical adsorption occurs when two molecules create a very strong covalent bond (the type of bond that creates water from hydrogen and oxygen) and needs extreme energy and heat to separate (900° and beyond) if it is even possible.
I am having trouble finding my kisser button and shooting with the head cover on, what should I do?
Our designs enable you to pull the lower portion of the headcover down, allowing for easy kisser button and anchor point placement. Our advice is for you to practice shooting wearing the complete system until it becomes second nature.
What do I do if I am being winded in ScentLok clothing?
Reactivate your ScentLok products, respray your accessories with scent killer, wash boots if necessary, always dress and undress in the field, never expose any of your products or gear to vehicle, home or camp smells. Keep the headcover on and over your mouth and nose even during travel to and from your hunting location. Lastly, change your stand position as your prey may already be onto your current stand position.
What happens if it rains when I’m wearing ScentLok products?
The water will not affect the adsorptive abilities of the activated carbon. ScentLok will work equally well whether it is hot, cold, wet or dry.
I’ve heard trained dogs can find people in ScentLok suits. If that is true, how can it work on whitetails?
ScentLok has never designed a suit to overcome tracking dogs. We produce products that reduce enough human odor to overcome the deer’s sense of danger associated with human odor. It’s not the sense of smell that is the important thing to consider; it’s that animals react to human odor molecules much differently. A trained dog picks up on the slightest odor-molecule of a specific subject and seeks higher and higher concentrations of that specific odor trail until it reaches the subject. Due to its training, the dog has been conditioned to follow an odor trail to its source which ultimately results in a reward.

A wild deer, through its innate instincts and acquired survival tactics, will tolerate a certain threshold level of human odor before it reacts. For example, a deer may smell a footprint several days old and doesn’t run in panic, this small amount of human odor usually results in a curious response. A little more human odor and the deer may be tense, but not to the point of panic. And if a high enough concentration of odor is detected, the deer will eventually flee from the perceived danger.

Through the use of activated carbon technology, ScentLok clothing lowers the human odor signature to well below the level a typical big-game animal associates with danger. When wearing ScentLok properly, deer may sense a small amount of human odor but normally don’t detect enough to react visibly.
