While many hunters choose fleece outerwear for those colder days in the stand, most fleece fails to keep you warm when a steady wind rolls in. That’s where the Wind Brace Windproof jacket stands head and shoulders above traditional fleece camo. The Wind Brace system fuses a windproof barrier and our Carbon Alloy™ technology between two layers of fleece to provide cold weather comfort and maximum scent control at the same time.

Use ScentLok OZ ozone generators to clean and refresh your carbon clothing before your hunts, enhancing your time in the field. OZ ozone generators are designed to emit a powerful stream of ozone molecules to virtually eliminate all types of odors and bacteria as well as reduce viruses.

Technology

Industry Leading Carbon Alloy Technology

CARBON ALLOY

ODOR ADSORBING TECHNOLOGY

Our industry leading technology combines activated carbon, treated carbon and zeolite concealed between fabrics. The massive surface area of these natural particles target and adsorb odors and won't let go until you reactivate your gear in your dryer.

Moisture wicking fabrics

MOISTURE WICKING

FABRIC KEEPS YOU COOL & DRY

Wicking technology draws sweat away from the body toward the outer surface of the fabric for quick evaporation. Using hydrophilic (water loving) and hydrophobic (water repelling) fibers, pathways are constructed within the fabric that help the moisture move.

DWR Durable Water Repellent

DWR

WATER-RESISTANT TREATMENT

DWR (durable water repellent) is a fabric finish that helps repel light rain and snow, keeping the top fabric from becoming saturated while also decreasing dry times.

Windproof membrane helps keep you warm, comfortable & dry

WINDPROOF

MEMBRANE KEEPS YOU WARM

A high performance laminate system blocks the wind while allowing moisture and perspiration to escape from the inside to help keep you warm, comfortable & dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top notch stuff All I have is the mid weight amp base layers , head cover, gloves , beanie, and the windbrace suit and Ithrown on extra layer of some sort when it's real cold . I have never been cold, ever in my scentlok , , I can't speak for guys in the Midwest or far north, I hunt the south east, TN , AL, the other morning weather app said feels like 3 degrees, ? That's cold in Iowa , and that's cold in Alabama, 3 degrees ? , Burning up on the way to the set up?, Water in my eyes turning to ice but my body is not cold, ? I don't know how I could handle late season gear? , Very impressed, how does it get better ?,

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Happy I purchased a Windbrace jacket a few years ago and loved it. Wanted to pick up another one in case they ran out. A few updates were done to the jacket without being mentioned in description. First and foremost, they did away with the fleece exterior which makes it far too noisy for bowhunting. It's just a regular type fabric now. New style on wrist cuffs and collar which I can live with. I now have a fishing jacket. Suggestion to Scentlok...when you change a product in any way, please update or add that to the description. It will save a lot of headaches from the consumer. Thank you!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Little loud for bowhunting I have not tested in the wind yet, so no opinion on that as of now. Fits great and ultra comfortable. I'm assuming its the material that is blocking the wind inside the fleece that is just a little too loud for bowhunting. It's not a deal breaker for me, but if your looking for ultra quiet when drawing on a deer at 20 yards this isn't for you. Overall happy with the Jacket and pants and will be using.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what it says it is Love this jacket. Got it on sale for a good price and works great for rut hunt in northern Wisconsin. Some say they dont like the cuffs, but I prefer the tight cuffs to lock out any odors that may flow through the arms. Very quiet for the most part. Can not complain for the price at all!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Windless Hunts This works as advertised. The wind is absent on my upper body. This allows me to get away with just the heavy weight base layer underneath for mobility and range. My only knock is that the membrane is a tad noisier than I would like, but I do not believe it has compromised my hunts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warmth without bulk One of the best features a jacket can have in cold weather is a good wind blocking feature. Blocking the wind can eliminate extra layers while staying warm. It is great for us archers who don't need to worry about bulky qhile drawing a string.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Jacket good, pockets bad Blocks wind, good jacket. Disappointed in the chest pockets. Can barely fit a phone or range finder in them. They need to be bigger.
