Whitetail Freaks goes beyond the run-of-the-mill outdoor hunting show. This show is deer hunting to the Nth degree. Eight teams of the most dedicated, hardcore, whitetail hunting fanatics were chosen to show the true meaning of mega-buck hunting. These hard-hitting hunters are average Joes, with real jobs and real families - and all share the same passion: the study, management, and harvesting of "mature" trophy whitetails.
An avid hunter for more than 30+ years, Don and his wife Kandi run Kisky Productions, a video-production company that they started in 1998. Don is known throughout the industry for harvesting monster mature bucks - his top 10 bucks gross more than 170 B&C each, with the top being 213 4/8. When Don isn't hunting, he's working his large row crop farm in South-central Iowa.
Co-owns Kisky Productions with her husband Don. Kandi started hunting when she met Don back in 1990. Since that fateful day she's taken numerous large bucks with her top five grossing more than 160 B&C each, with her largest being 175 5/8". Kandi and Don are farmers by trade and cherish the simple family life that comes with living in Iowa. They have two children, Kaleb & Kailee, who love the outdoors just as much as their parents.
Ken began his deer hunting career when he was fifteen years old during a rifle hunt in Nebraska. Since that fateful day, he has never looked back and has had the opportunity to harvest numerous Pope & Young deer. Ken is blessed with a wonderful family that he shares his love for the outdoors with, wife Wendy and their two children Chase and Madalyn. When not in the woods, Ken has worked as an Iowa State Trooper for over a decade, specializing in Criminal interdiction. He's also a member of the SWAT team and Prior Canine Handler.
A hunter since the age of 6, Josh killed his first deer at the age of 7. He & Jake Stocke have been hunting and filming together since about 2003 when Jake came and filmed him killing a nice buck. They've been hunting & filming with each other ever since.

Jake is a native of Southern Illinois with a Bachelor's in Zoology from Southern Illinois University. He's hunted everything the Midwest has to offer, but his true passion lies with big whitetails and finding sheds. His 2008 gun kill can be seen on Realtree's Monster Bucks.
