Care of activated carbon garments is critical to hunting success. Any new garments and those worn for over 40 hours need to be reactivated in a household dryer. Immediately after any garment is removed from the dryer, it must be stored in a carbon lined bag, heavy plastic bag, or in an airtight plastic tub.

It is important the garments stay in the airtight container until in the field, and be returned to the container before getting into a vehicle. To wash obviously dirty garments use a gentle cycle and Scent-Lok’s Premium clothing wash.
